TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS

These Terms of withdrawal and complaints are an integral part of the General Terms of Use of spiritualfields.com. The rules and definitions used there are also applicable in this document.
I. WAIVER OF THE PURCHASE
In order to exercise his right to withdraw from the purchase, the User must notify the Supplier of his intention by sending a request via email to: spiritualfieldsproject@gmail.com.
In the event that the User does not fulfill his obligation to notify the Supplier within 14 days from the date of purchase and without providing a valid reason for the same, it is considered that he has withdrawn his statement to exercise a waiver of the purchase.
Due to the nature of the digital products offered on the Website, no physical return of products is required.
The supplier makes a refund within 14 days of approving the withdrawal request, in the manner in which the payment was made.
By purchasing digital content, the User expressly agrees that the delivery begins immediately after purchase and acknowledges that he loses his right to withdraw from the contract once access to the digital content has been provided.
In case of cancellation of the purchase contract, no transport costs apply.
Due to the nature of the products offered on this Website, namely digital files that cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not provided.
By purchasing a digital product, the User expressly agrees that:
• the delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase;
• once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded, the User loses the right to withdraw from the purchase;
REFUNDS MAY BE GRANTED ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• Duplicate purchase of the same product;
• The digital file has been purchased but has not been accessed or downloaded;
• The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened;
• The file delivered does not correspond to the purchased product;
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• The file has been downloaded or accessed and is functioning correctly;
• The User changed their mind after purchase;
• The User expected a different result from using the product;
• The User lacks the technical ability to use the file;

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before issuing a refund.
IMPORTANT
Due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are not provided unless one of the conditions listed above is met.
II. COMPLAINTS
Customers have the right to file a complaint about the digital product in the following cases:
in case of identified deficiencies;
technical defects;
inability to access the purchased content;
discrepancy between the provided content and the described product.
In the case of a complaint, the User should notify the Supplier of his intention by sending a detailed description of the issue via email to: spiritualfieldsproject@gmail.com.
It is recommended to provide screenshots or other relevant information describing the problem.
The Supplier will review the complaint and, if confirmed, will take appropriate action, including providing access, replacement, or refund.
